April Poetry Writing Month – Day 9
Unlocking what is held, and knowing what must be returned.
Moving between past and present, memory and moment, something once hidden is briefly revealed, only to be returned to where it belongs. Not everything we access is ours to keep; some stories are simply witnessed, carried, and let go. Some stories are better left as they are… not meant to be recalled.
Continuing this body-centred journey, it becomes a question of what we open, what we hold, and what we choose to close again.
