I believe in taking every day as a learning phase, and exploring my writing skills. I have enjoyed the challenges as a journalist, content writer and college lecturer, and at the moment am living life analysing the extraordinary in the ordinary!

NaPoWriMo 2026 – Day 29

Poetry Writing Month – Day 29

Impermanence in motion.

Dandelion parachutes mirror a fleeting existence; arriving, changing, dissolving.

In days, yellow flowers turn to white seed heads, then drift with the wind.

A minimal imagist reflection, where a simple natural form holds time in transition.

NaPoWriMo 2026 – Day 27

April Poetry Writing Month – Day 27

A sacred pause…

Between dream and earth, the moment is held.

It is a space where meaning is sensed rather than explained; the body knows it as a quiet ritual of healing.

A Pantoum is a looping poetic form, where lines return and repeat, creating a rhythm that echoes like memory or breath.
