Scribbling scrambles
Thoughts travel terrain
Meandering meaningfully
I invite imagination.
Ideas indispensable
Mind mingles mandates
Rules rueful
Scribbling storyline silhouette.

Pursuit
There I take a plunge
From the fancied to the profound
Emancipating in acceptance
I change my perception.
Who and where of soul unscathed
I in pursuit of the divine,
Submit my Self.
There lies the dragonfly!
Frames
Frames on the wall
Four generations.
Great grandfather worked with the British
Grandfather witnessed the World War
And my father was born in pre-Independent India.
My brother and I heard their stories with awe;
History a wonder and life unimaginable;
The times have changed since then.
Our next generation
Loves the frames on the walls.

Mirage
Moving clouds chased each other
Orange ignited firmament
A mirage of golden chariot;
Sun remained hidden.
