My attempt at a Harlequin poem, a short poem.
Harlequin, a poetic form, rather stories in 9-lines, and 25 syllables ( 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1) which could be one or more words. “Outline or action series” of a story is how the poem is written. Of course, diamond shape is the end result. ( like in Diamante).
She freed herself from anarchy, healed the soul of imposter syndrome, and taught herself to rise above the gloat of sycophants. She was responsible for her Self to discover her journey.
“Did she hide from the real world?“
“No. She added a chapter to the real world.“
I remembered the patron saint of travellers and pilgrims (Die schutzpatronin der pilger).
