A wonderful Mind
I am,
Walk naturally,
Enjoy completely;
Time to prepare yourself.
One in-breath
And you –
“Three seconds to stop thinking.”
Many of us allow
Day after day…
In the present.
Life and all its wonders,
To you –
The beginning
Of mindful thinking.
Step with each in-breath.
