Noodles

The Chinese savour them long and slippery, the Japanese like to have it in soups and salads while Indians enjoy it non saucy served as a main course, stir-fried especially with cabbage, carrots and French beans. And although they are often associated with Asian cooking, in particular Chinese and Thai, the term “noodle” covers a multitude of items.
