April Poetry Writing Month – Day 15

In moments of beginning, adorned in light and gratitude, we realise we were never truly alone; held not only by each other, but by something greater than ourselves. 

The poem moves between ‘she’ and ‘we’ as we often do within ourselves; at times observing from a distance, and at times belonging fully to what we feel.
